Diploma Courses
Blue Sky Management Diploma™
The Management Diploma is centred around five core modules together with an action learning programme and individual mentoring for each delegate. We use MBTI and Discover 360° to build self awareness and provide a personal measure from which delegates can create their own learning log.
The programme is run in-house and is tailored to reflect the specific working environments of your managers. Delegates are supported in the live environment to put their newly learnt skills into action.
The five core modules include:
- Leadership & Motivation [two day]
- Effective Management Communication Skills [two day]
- Driving and Managing Performance [two day]
- Managing your Time Effectively [two day]
- Coaching for Performance [three day]
The programme is run over a six to 12 month period, with delegates graduating if and when they have completed all modules and assessments to diploma level.
Blue Sky Advanced Management Diploma™
The advanced diploma is built around a core set of modules with the option for delegates to take up to three satellite courses depending on individual and organisational needs. Again the modules are supported by an action learning programme and individual mentoring for each delegate
Core Modules:
- Maximising personal potential [two day]
- Team building and creation [using SDI] [two day]
- Managing change [two day]
- Managing conflict [two day]
- Advanced performance levering [three day]
The programme is run over a six to 12 month period, with delegates graduating if and when they have completed all modules and assessments to advanced diploma level.
Blue Sky Novice to Master Sales Diploma™
This four-stage development programme takes delegates from induction into the live environment and through to advanced levels by becoming a Sales Master. The diploma covers core sales skills and skills specific to the business environment - face-to-face, retail or contact centre.
The first three levels of the diploma can be run within six months, with the Master module running six to 18 months after the novice course.

Blue Sky Novice to Master Service Diploma™
Using the same concept as the Sales Diploma, the Service Diploma is a four-stage development programme that takes delegates from induction into the live environment and through to advanced levels by becoming a Service Master. The diploma covers both core service skills and skills specific to the business environment, including face-to-face, retail, contact centre or back office.
The first three levels of the diploma can be run within six months, with the Master module running six to 18 months after the novice course.

Blue Sky Trainer Diploma™
The trainer diploma is for experienced trainers ready to consolidate their skills and become advanced practitioners. Run by some of the best trainers in the country, this four-level programme ensures internal training teams provide consistent delivery at the very highest levels.
Run in-house, the trainer diploma takes delegates through an intense learning experience over a two to three month period, culminating in graduation, providing assessment reaches diploma level.
