A Performance Partnership is a way of ensuring you hit your sales and service targets. It is a means of delivering consistent performance and ensuring you aren’t caught off guard by a sudden downturn in results.
The Performance Partnership is a partnership between you and Blue Sky, where we share the responsibility of delivering your sales and service results.

As well as your management team, you will also have a Blue Sky team doing everything in their power to deliver the required results, giving you a team of performance improvement specialists as focused on delivering your numbers as you are.

- It delivers performance improvements more quickly and to a greater degree than any other model.
- It can be done at virtually no risk to your business, as Blue Sky’s reward is linked directly to the success of the project.
How it works
We complete a detailed Performance Evaluation and agree with you a percentage level of performance improvement, for example, a 10% improvement in sales conversion. At the same time we work with you to define and create a programme of improvement and agree responsibilities.
A dedicated Performance Coach works alongside your management team to deliver the results and act as a portal to the team of Blue Sky specialists.
The Blue Sky Performance Management System™ is embedded into your business, then we formulate and implement the necessary interventions to deliver the results. This could mean changes to processes, structure, roles or training, whatever is needed to deliver results.
The Performance Partnership is based on a three-year contractual relationship. Contractually, we commit to ‘delivering the number’ we agree with you. If we fail to deliver, our fees are returned.
If we exceed the agreed performance improvement targets we receive a bonus.
