How it works
The Blue Sky team takes on the responsibility for setting up and managing your model site, whether it is a customer services, inbound or outbound sales operation. Depending on the set up we can also work in partnership with providers of hosting services (premises) and IT and infrastructure specialists.
We manage the programme on your behalf, as well as taking direct responsibility for the people and operational elements of the project.
These include:
- Recruitment of all roles within the operation
- Training, including induction and development of a first class integrated training programme
- Development and implementation of the Blue Sky Performance Management System™
- Development and implementation of a bespoke Management Operating System – including the HR and operational processes necessary for a successful operation.
