We operate three distinct partnership models.
Performance Partnership - A commitment between the client and Blue Sky to deliver against agreed targets, while sharing both the risk and the reward.
Co-sourced Training - A structured hybrid of in-house and outsourced training activity. It takes the benefits of outsourcing and combines them with the benefits of retaining an in-house training function to deliver training excellence and business-focused results.
Model Site - We take responsibility for recruitment, site set up, and the development of the management operating and performance management system.
