To facilitate this development, our coaches support teams through the following steps:
- Coaching a team diagnostic which looks at structures, process and behavioural dynamics
- Ensuring each member of the team is committed to improving
- Replacing unspoken ground rules with a set of values and ground rules that support effective working
- Developing new habits and behaviours which maintain the new way of working
