What sets our Executive Coaching apart?

There are 4 key elements of our coaching programmes that set us apart:

1. Leadership Diagnostic - heart of the issue

This process goes so much further than the traditional 360. It recognises that for real change to happen, clients must acquire a real understanding of the impact they have as a leader, as well as how change may affect the people around them. During this process we also work with the team around how they can ‘let’ this person change, recognising that development is more accelerated when other people allow it to happen.

2. Operational Coaching – change in reality

Observing clients in the live environment, board meetings, 1:1’s and team meetings is one of the most powerful tools our coaches use. Clients often describe it as ‘crunch time’ and the most impactful learning experience. It is at this point theory and good intent turn into reality.

3. Effective Team Ground Rules – creating robust and lasting improvement

When working with teams we help them put in place a set of incredibly powerful values and ground rules which significantly increase team effectiveness. These values and ground rules enable changes to be sustained as well as facilitate cultural change throughout the business.

4. Sustainable Performance Improvement – achieving goals

Successful coaching delivers sustained improvement in the performance of our clients. By this stage, the client will have dealt with deeply held beliefs holding them back. They will have an awareness of behaviours diminishing their impact as a leader and they will have learnt how to be better leaders.
