Who we are
Blue Sky Executive Coaching is a specialist coaching practice within Blue Sky. It focuses purely on coaching senior leaders, providing 1:1 and team coaching. We also enable clients to develop a coaching culture across the organisation.
The key thing that makes us stand out is that we really focus on performance improvement, supporting clients to become more effective. Our coaching isn’t about having cosy fire side chats its about helping clients have real clarity about what they need to do to get better and support them in getting there.
We work with people who are at the top of their game and are constantly striving to improve as well as people who are going through periods of change or transition or have specific areas they want to work on.
We see results based on the following aspects of our coaching:
- Our coaches are brilliant. They have really strong commercial backgrounds as well as considerable coaching experience and expertise
- We deal in reality. We look at what is actually going on and begin our work from that point
- We go deeper than most coaches. This involves observing the impact that leader is currently having and then supporting them in the live environment, ensuring their coaching translates into action
- Our team coaching is built around a set of core values and ground rules that not only delivers an immediate and significant improvement in the way senior teams perform, it also lasts and impacts the rest of the organisation
