Since joining Blue Sky in 1998, Marc has spearheaded a variety of performance management programmes, including a performance improvement programme at Sky, which resulted in incremental profits of £5 million.

Our Management Team

He began his career with Price Waterhouse where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He moved into industry with PepsiCo Restaurants International, and quickly took responsibility for his own operation. A world trip changed Marc’s career focus and he embarked on interim management opportunities in contact centres, helping Seeboard consolidate and integrate four of their sales and service centres into one, and restructuring and improving Eurostar’s performance management, resulting in their contact centre becoming their leading channel to market. Marc is Managing Partner for Blue Sky Consulting.
