Training Projects - we provide training across all service and sales touch points and across all sectors, from a specific one-off piece of training to a long-term training partnership. We work at director level, with management teams, and with customer-facing staff.
Mystery Shopping & Customer Research - providing cutting edge tools to drive customer excellence. These are delivered either on a one-off basis or at regular intervals to provide measurement of improvement.
Recruitment - we take on a complete recruitment project for you, or support your internal team to deliver against project objectives.
