Elke Anderson Non Executive Director Elke is a founding partner of Blue Sky Consulting and has worked with clients across every industry sector.

She went into sales after graduating, and, addicted to the energy and pace of the sales environment, quickly progressed through management to director level, where she was responsible for pan-European service and sales teams. A chance meeting led to her first consulting role with the L&R Group and a few years later she set up Blue Sky to focus solely on improving sales and service performance. Elke has chaired judging panels for industry awards and headed a team of expert advisors working with BBC Worldwide Learning in the areas of Sales Management and Service Delivery.
