As CEO, Marc brings together a passion for learning with a strong commercial focus.

A chartered accountant with an operational background in retail and call centres, Marc has more than 15 years’ experience of consulting at all levels and in most industry sectors.

Marc’s belief is that all Blue Sky propositions should drive performance and deliver a level of ROI that makes them an absolute ‘no brainer’, and as such he has been instrumental in taking the company down the route of shared risk and reward.

For Sky he led a performance improvement programme which delivered £5m of incremental profit and 5000 % ROI. For Virgin Holidays he led multiple projects which delivered in excess of 450% ROI. HFS, a medium sized financial services business, doubled in size for three consecutive years during the period Marc worked alongside the MD.

As CEO, Marc is in charge of the growth, development and future direction of Blue Sky.

Elke Anderson

As the founding partner of Blue Sky, Elke has a deep-rooted belief in the individual’s ability to make a difference.

After graduating she went into sales. Immediately addicted to the energy and pace of the sales environment, she quickly progressed through management to director level, where she was responsible for pan-European sales and service teams.

Following consulting roles with the L&R Group and Ogilvy, Elke set up Blue Sky to focus solely on improving sales and service performance.

Within Blue Sky she has worked across all sectors and in most areas of performance improvement. Her biggest lesson has been that, without the right leadership, sustainable improvement is virtually impossible.

Elke now heads up Blue Sky’s Executive Coaching team, which works directly with senior business leaders.

Robin Mar

Robin Mar

Robin specialises in consulting to businesses looking to maximize sales in the B2B channel and has a depth of strategic and operational experience at a senior level including managing strategic accounts to the value of £75m and increasing sales performance by over 100%.

Prior to Blue Sky he was Director of New Business for Royal Mail and Sales & Marketing Director for Silentnight Holdings plc. 

Robin was a key part of the team that drove the turn around at Royal Mail from a loss of £1m to a profit of £400m in 5 years. As well as attending INSEAD’s Executive Development Programme, he has been trained in customer journey mapping and has extensive experience in managing and delivering personal and organizational change.

John Parkinson

John has worked with major international organisations (many FTSE 100 and Fortune 500) to develop and implement leadership solutions for more that 16 years (following a sales leadership career in consumer electronics and financial services). During that time he has personally overseen and led the consulting, relationship management and planning necessary to make business strategies come alive through people solutions. His passion and experience is in creating meaningful and sustainable transformations in leaders and their organisations. Having operated at Director level for several of the worlds leading specialist business leadership consultancies, he has intimate knowledge of building solutions for employee alignment/engagement, leading change, executive effectiveness and global leadership excellence. With many articles published and a prolific public speaker, John now heads up Blue Sky’s Leadership Development practice.

Sally Earnshaw

Sally Earnshaw

Since 1992, Sally has built, led and directed teams in customer service and sales, delivering outstanding results.

She has held a number of senior positions, developing and executing learning strategies within the corporate market and in particular, financial services.

One career highlight was working in partnership with Camelot on a highly creative employee engagement programme. This took their position from 43rd to 13th in the Times ‘Best Companies to Work For’.

Another highlight was working with one of the world’s largest banks to inspire and develop 6,500 call centre advisors worldwide. The programme resulted in a significant increase in customer satisfaction across the board.

Client experience includes MBNA, Charles Schwab, LEGO, Scottish Water, Royal Mail, RBS Group, DWP, Scottish Water, HSBC and O2.

Lindsay Terris

Lindsay Terris

Lindsay gained 13 years of sales management experience working for companies such as British Airways, BT and Powergen.

Her time at British Airways included working on a major cultural change initiative in the Middle East. While at BT she held the role of sales manager within the National Resource Management team and was Head of Sales at Powergen before joining Blue Sky in 2002.

Lindsay has a strong background in coaching and performance management as well as a wealth of operational expertise in both management operating systems and resource planning.

She project managed the award winning ‘Just Ask’ programme for NS&I which delivered an ROI of 1800%.

Briege Kearney

Briege Kearney

Following a number of marketing roles in large operations, 12 years of commuting and too many Starbucks to mention, Briege joined Blue Sky in Guildford in 2006.

With 20 years’ marketing experience Briege is responsible for driving through the Blue Sky brand strategy. She is passionate about putting marketing at the heart of the business, rather than using it as a tactical add-on.

Briege works closely with sales and operations to ensure the end-to-end client brand experience is second to none. And she occasionally has to flex her muscles when people use the wrong shade of blue.

Briege brings to Blue Sky product management skills gained at Olivetti, Thorn-EMI and ICI as well as account management and sector marketing skills from Deloitte were she was the first non-accountant to achieve director status.
